  1. Very helpful! In the year 2017 Exercise 2-3 times a week and lost no weight. I figure out it was my diet that sucked. I probably burnt 500 calories and then ate 1,000. Terrible. The year 2018 is strictly diet!!!

  2. We finished looking up this diet and it is without a doubt the only way to go about shedding weight successfully. ”sowo amazing plan” google it if you don’t believe me. You are able to drop weight like I did which is 13 lbs already.
