I just wanted to say that I am a new sub and I am binge watching your meal prep vids. lol You seriously have the best meal prep vids I've seen and I don't feel bored or grossed out by what you eat. Like, these are the types of videos that actually hype me up for meal prep and show that you don't have to eat boring and bland to eat healthy. Thanks for the inspo. Also, your workout was INSANE. I know grown men at my gym who can't do all of that so kudos. <3

  6. I had been curious because my buddy had lost weight and I needed to know how. When mention of a diet was brought up I immediately went straight away to google checking into this “sowo amazing plan” diet plan. The times following it all melted off, I dropped a total of 12 lbs.

  7. Hi! So I was wondering if you could give me some advice. I am a high school girl and I weigh about 150 pounds, which is just too much for my height. I am taking on a lot of AP courses which take up a lot of my time, so I can't do a lot of fitness and go to the gym a lot. I am also a vegetarian so It is hard for me to take in proteins. BUT mainly I want to reduce weight from my breast area and my stomach area., and make those places look (and be) smaller. What can I do to reduce my weight? I am definitely open to changing my diet and going to the gym in order to lose weight, I just need some direction as to what to eat (and what not to eat) and what are the best exercises for the gym!
