  3. I'm so happy-I found you- I'm so motivated. I lose the way that I want. Now my goal for 2018 is building muscle… I was 198lbs, now on 135lbs but my skin saggy and a lot of stretch mark for two kids.. In one month I'm going to be 43.. So yeah all your tips I really appreciate it..????️‍♀️?️‍♀️?️‍♀️

  4. Step 4 is exactly what I've been looking for. I feel so lost. I don't know how to plan what workouts I want to do, or on what days I should do different things. I say to myself that I want to do legs that day but I end up wandering around because I don't know where to start or the best exercises to do that aren't too hard for me.
