  2. I started my weight loss journey today. I'm 16, 5'5 or 165 cm and I weigh 87 kg. That's about 190 pounds. I hope I could do it. I'm planning to loose 70 pounds in 7 months. ? btw, does anybody know how tall she is?

  3. Being a person who professionaly lifts on a competitive level waterrr is key and high carb low fat diet 🙂 And if u lift a lot and workout a ton take protein within 30 mins after ur workout also abs come to people differently took me 5 years and vigorous amount of exercise
